AYME The Association for Youth with ME. AYME (pronounced 'aim') is an independent registered charity dedicated to giving help, support and vital contact to children and young people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME).

CAA The CFIDS Association of America, Inc.

CFIDS Emergency Relief Services, Inc. Helps primarily people with CFIDS, who having no other recourse, would endure hunger, homelessness and/or medical deprivation.

CFIDS/Fibromyalgia Self-Help: Offers low-cost self-help courses over the Internet and other resources for people with CFIDS, fibromyalgia and related illnesses.

The Feldenkrais Movement Institute. This Web site includes the most comprehensive compilation of articles and research on the Feldenkrais Method®, a complete FAQ page as well as a list of current workshops and seminars. This method has some specific applications to fibromyalgia and back pain, among other things.

The Fibromyalgia Network Maintains lists of on-ground support groups, and can be a significant resource for both fibromyalgia and CFS patients.

Fibromyalgia Self-Help Group of Tuscaloosa Seeks to help fibromyalgia patients by helping them to educate themselves about this disease.

National ME/FM Action Network is a Canadian, registered non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the recognition and understanding of ME/CFS and FMS through education, advocacy, support and research.
